Replication Lab – Romania

The European Rural Development Network runs the Romanian Replication Lab. This Lab is located in the western part of the country and corresponds to the historical province Transylvania. This province is confronted to demographic shift, lack of infrastructure and basic services, high number of small (subsistence) farms and high agricultural dependence of peripheral rural communities. The Replication Lab is build on an existing science-society-policy interface, set-up during the SHERPA project.
