The Finnish Replication Lab is led by LUKE University in collaboration with two local LEADER groups. This Lab is taking place in the region of South Savo: Finland’s most forested area, rich in lakes and lake archipelago. The aging and shrinking population challenges the organisation of services, jobs availability and regional vitality, despite the highest proportion of summer residents in Finland (42% of housing).
