The Dutch Living Lab will be run by P10, an inter-municipal network of 31 mostly rural municipalities in the Netherlands created in 2008, that represent over 1 Million Dutch citizens. While P10 municipalities host a vivid agricultural sector, their population is spread across large areas in small villages. Municipal governments face difficulties in mobilising the necessary funds to maintain mobility infrastructure and transport services, and organising the provision of health care services and good housing.
